How about some links to some of these sites that supposedly offer grants and scholarships for adults. I’ve not found any, especially for someone who is not a single mom living on state aid already but someone that is married with kids but just doesn’t make enough to go back to school without it being a financial hardship. Make too much for aid and not enough to pay for school outright.

I also have two children 6 & 8. I have 6 hours every weekly day but I’m afraid of how to pay for university. I must pay $715.00 every month. For How long?? I want a better life for me and my family. How are you doing?

You need to ensure that your degree will be worth something when you graduate. Accreditation is a great of doing this. Check the accreditation of any school your considering.

I went back to school as an adult and it was the best decision I ever made. I went to a technical school and completed a program in medical billing. I recommend going back to school for anyone that is looking to change careers or further their current career.

Inspiring and motivational. I, too, would not go bck to school until my “family-first” obligations were managed. I just enrolled part-time at our community to gather and use all earned credits to date. Thank you for your story and scripture. Good luck with the MBA. That is a very different world. God Bless.

I prefer being in a classroom because I think it’s great to have the interaction of people who have read the same piece of literature, but have a completely different view. On the other hand, I can’t quit work to go back to school, and there aren’t any universities within an hour to hour and a half drive of where I live, let alone a school with an evening program. So, I like online because it means I still have the option for education even though my circumstances prohibit me from attending campus. I have worked for both on campus and online schools and I find they both have their advantages and disadvantages for students.
